The screw has the functions of conveying, mixing, venting, dehumidifying, melting and measuring raw materials.
70% of the heat required for the melting of plastic raw materials comes from the friction heat when the screw rotates, and 30% comes from the heat supplemented by the electric heating sheet.
Low viscosity, small screw, and melt speed should be accelerated. High viscosity, large screw melt speed should be slowed down. Composites need to slow down.
